Day 01
Arrival to Cairo airport, meet and assist by our representative,
transfer to hotel by A/C vehicle. Dinner and overnight will be at hotel.
Day 02 Before we
leave Cairo behind, Proceed to Giza plateau, visit the Pyramids of Cheops,
Chefren and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, the head of a
pharaoh with a lion's body. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley
Temple, which belongs to the complex of Chephren.Proceed to Memphis, the first
capital of ancient Egypt, which contains a colossal statue of King Ramses II as
well as the famous Alabaster Sphinx. Also Alexander the great was
crowned there as Egyptian pharaoh. Not far from Memphis liese Necropolis
of Saqqara where stands the ruins of the Step Pyramid of King Zoser, the first
Pyramid ever Dinner and overnight will be at hotel.
Day 03 After Breakfast, Proceed to Alexandria
desert rood in the direction to Al Almien, on the rout visit the three
Monasteries of Wadi El Natrun (Natrun Valley), which were founded in the 4th
Century. This tour gives us an excellent opportunity to take a deep look at
Coptic Christianity and its heritage. Lunch will be taken in a restaurant on
the way. Proceed to Alexandria. Evening will enjoy the view of Fort Qaitbay is
the site of Pharos Lighthouse, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.

Day 04 Today we explore the deferent faces of
Alexandria. We will start with the Roman one, visit the imposing Pompey's
Pillar, one of the largest monolithic columns ever erected. It was madein honor
of the Emperor Diocletian in 302 AD. Proceed to the Catacombs cimatery of Kom
El Shoukafa which dating from the Roman period. This interesting funerary
complex has been preserved in its original state and is believed to date from
the 2nd century AD. We will explore the site of the Roman Theater and Islamic
face of the city in the Mosques, s Squire. Tour in the city and finally visit
the Royal Gardens of Montazah.
Day 05 After breakfast, we leave Alexandria
behind, we arrive to Alamein 100-km. There we visit the IIWW Museum and the war
memorial. (Lunch en route) Moving on, we pass by Marsa Matrouh. Upon reaching
Siwa, we tour in the old Siwa Village of Shali, Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Day 06
After breakfast, we visit Cleopatra’s spring, Mountain of the Dead,
Alexander the Great Temple (Temple of the Oracle); take a donkey-Drawn Cart for
a tour around the city. Afternoon we will start our adventure heading off road
17-km to the Great Sand Sea. Then we rest at the hot spring of Bir Wahid where
we can bathe. Dinner and overnight will be in the hotel.
Day 07
Leave Siwa behind, on a 420-km trip to Bahariya Oasis. On route, we will
pass by Al Bahrain, Nawemisa and Sitra Oases. Explore the magnificent sand
dunes of the eastern edge of the Great Sand Sea.Overnight and dinner is in the
hotel
Day 08 In Bahariya we will visit
the Golden mummies museum, the noble’s tombs in Qasr Selim (tomb of Bennentiu
and Zed-Amoun-Eyof-ankh) which dated back to the 26th Dynasty, Ain
El Bishmu (Roman spring), the temple of Ain El Muftillah and finally Alexander
the great chapel. Driving through the Black Desert and its volcanic remains. In
the Dune area we will climb sand dune (about 60-meter height), having our
picnic lunch in El Haiz Oasis (San George Oasis). Proceed to the Crystal
Mountain, Al Agabat the area of the wonders with the desert roses and finally
arrive to the White Desert and its unusual limestone formations, the wind
carved sculptors that resemble both human and animal faces. Camping under the
stars of the sky in natural tranquility and peace of mind.
Day 09
Enjoy the breakfast in the sunshine. Walk through the White Desert near
the shaped rocks, with enough opportunities to linger and take photos.
Afterwards drive to Farafra oases (40-km). Upon reaching Farafrawe will take a
walk between the Fields and the Palm trees, we will explore the unique system
of agricultural irrigation in the oases. Visit the village of Qasr El
Farafra and the museum of Badr *the local artist, then move on to Dakhla oasis
300-km, before reaching Dakhla, we will visit the roman temple Deir el Haggar
"Monastery of Stone" which was built by the Roman Emperor Nero and
was dedicated to the Theban Triad Amun, Mut and khonso. Later proceed to Al
Kaser (the old Covered City) with its Oil Press; School, Courthouse and
Dwelling Chambers. Having lunch as a picnic. Dinner and overnight will be in
the hotel in El Kasr village.
Day
10 Leaving Dakhla
behind, we head to Kharga 190-km. visit Mut city (the capital of Dakhla oasis),
which named after the ancient goddess of the Theban Triad. Proceed to the small
villages Balat, walk through the old city, and visit some houses, mosques and
finally the famous Mastabas from the old Kingdom and the site of Archaeological
Excavations of the hidden ancient village Ain Asil. Have a lunch experience in
a simple Egyptian house with the natives. Proceed to Kharga, visit El Bagawat
Cemetery and The Museum of Kharga. Dinner and overnight will be enjoyed in the
hotel.
Day 11 Have breakfast in the hotel.
Following the famous caravan route southwards, we pass through the oasis Paris.
Walk through the city, Watch the special kind of pilgrimage arts (Haj art). The
Walls are decorated with drawings and descriptive scenes of the pilgrimage to
Mecca. Proceed to Darb Alarbien Road (Forty Days Caravans Road), driving to
area of Dush, which was a religious, military and civilian complex that primarily
developed as the result of the caravans’ road between Egypt and Sudan crossing
the desert to Assuit or Esna. We will visit the Dush temple, which was
dedicated to Serapis, Isis and Horpocrates. Driving to Luxor, lunch will be
enjoyed on way. Upon arrival to Luxor’s west bank, visit the Necropolis of
Thebes, Valley of the Kings, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the colossi of
Memnon.Dinner and Overnight will be at hotel.
Day 12 Today we will explore the
glory of ancient Thebes or Luxor. We will start with the west bank; visit the
Necropolis of Thebes, Valley of the Kings, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and
the colossi of Memnon. After lunch proceed to the largest ancient religious
site in the world Karnak temple. And finally visit Luxor temple with the famous
granite obelisk of Ramses II.Transfer to Cairo by the sleeper train.
Day 13 Today we will explore
Cairo (City of a thousand minarets), visit the Egyptian museum, (one
of the most famous museums contains the most magnificent collection of antiques
include; Mummies, Sarcophagi & fabulous treasures of TUTANKHAMUN' tomb).
Then proceed to Salah El Din citadel and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali.
Finally drive to the famous bazar of Khan El Khalily.
Day 14 Transfer to Cairo airport
for the final departure.
