Named after ancient Egyptian precious stones and Red Sea
treasures, the conferences and catering facilities at Fairmont Towers,
Heliopolis are by far the largest and best equipped in Egypt. More than 6,400
square meters (69,000 square feet) of banqueting space-and innovative themed
coffee breaks, meals and cocktail receptions, ensure an air of unrivaled luxury
in unforgettable settings. We can accommodate small, intimate meetings or up to
2,200 guests for a reception; 1,200 for table seating. The facilities comprise
three magnificent ballrooms, an amphitheater with built-in conference
technologies, and 12 meeting rooms; a 900-square-meter (9,600-squarefoot)
pre-function area is also available. All can be configured to your specific
needs.
Amber
100 square meters and can accommodate 100 guests in a reception style, 100
guests theater style, 70 delegates in classroom seating, 60 on round tables and
25 in a U-shape design.
Turquoise
100 square meters and can accommodate 100 guests in a reception style, 100
guests theater style, 70 delegates in classroom seating, 70 on round tables and
25 in a U-shape design.
Onyx
130 square meters and can accommodate 120 guests in a reception style, 100
guests theater style, 80 delegates in classroom seating, 80 on round tables and
30 in a U-shape design.
Coral
Coral is 100 square meters and can accommodate 100 guests in a reception style,
100 guests theater style, 70 delegates in classroom seating, 60 on round tables
and 25 in a U-shape design.
Granite
The Granite room is 100 square meters and can accommodate 100 guests in a
reception style, 80 guests theater style, 70 delegates in classroom seating, 50
on round tables, and 25 in a U-shape design.
The Canyon
At 1,800 square meters, the Canyon is ideal for big events, accommodating up to
2,200 reception guests, 1,600 guests theater style, 1,200 delegates in
classroom seating, and 1,200 on round tables.
The Pearl Ballroom
A smaller version of The Canyon that is available for smaller events and
conferences. The Pearl is 1,112 square meters and can accommodate up to 1100
guests, depending on seating arrangements.
Opal
Opal meeting room is 37 square meter and can accommodate up to 34 guests in
reception style and 24 guests in classroom seating style.
Topaz
Topaz is 37 square meters and can accommodate 34 guests in a reception style,
30 guests theater style and 14 attendees in boardroom design..
Emerald
The Emerald meeting room is 34 square meters and can accommodate 31 guests in a
reception style, 30 guests within a theater style and 16 attendees in a U-shape
design.
Lotus
Lotus is 57.6 square meters and can accommodate 30 guests in a reception style,
40 guests within a theater style and 25 attendees in a U-shape design.
Narges
Narges is 52.8 square meters and can accommodate 25 guests in a reception
style, 30 guests with a theater style and 24 delegates in a classroom seating
style.
Lilly
The Lilly meeting room is 47.3 square meters and can accommodate 30 guests
within a reception style, 30 guests in a theater style and 18 attendees in a
U-shape design.
Theater
Our Theater is 94.3 square meters, fully equipped with top-notch audio and
visual facilities. The Theater can accommodate up to 32 attendees.
Business Center 1
37 square meters and enjoys a ready made elegant setup.
Yasmine Ballroom
The Yasmine Ballroom is 900 square meters and can accommodate 500 guests within
a reception style, 310 guests in a theater style and 170 attendees in a
classroom arrangement. The main ballroom of the hotel, the eye-shaped Canyon is
an extension of the Red Sea theme with carpeted floors in the same earth tone
colors of the sand wall in the atrium. Looking at the ceiling, glass light rods
taking the form of corals shed a variety of colors on the floors and scattered
LED lights give the twinkling effect of the stars. The Canyon has a built in
stage with a separate entrance and room for entertainers and a special lift
that goes down directly from the rooms to the stage. It can be divided into
four sections using a fabric partition; Colored Canyon, White Canyon, Blue
Canyon, and Rock Canyon.
