Day 01 Arrival
Cairo airport, meet & assist, transfer to the hotel, over night in Cairo
Day 02 Start
Cairo main highlight The Egyptian Museum of antiquities with it's
richest collection including Tutankhamen collection of treasures, gold, and
jewelry, And then continues driving to Giza 03 great pyramids Cheops, Chephren,
Mykerions. & Sphinx who is the area
protector with it is lion body with the face of king Chephren.
Bazaar, transfer to Train station, night sleeping train to Aswan
Day 03 Arrival
Aswan station, meet & assist by our rep, transfer to the Nile cruise, floods from the Nile. After that move to visit the Unfinished
Obelisk which shows the techniques used by the ancient Egyptians to cut
obelisks. Most probably this obelisk belongs to Queen Hatshepsut, one of the
rulers of the 18th dynasty and the royal wife of king Tuthmosis II. This queen
was the owner of Al Deir El-Bahari temple in the eastern bank of Luxor there is
an opinion said that it belongs to Queen Nefertiti. Then onto the majestic Philae
Temple which was built on the honor of goddess Isis the chief deity of the
island, overnight in Aswan
Day 04 Sailing
to Kom Ombo after one hour
drive on the Upper Egypt Corniche and across the countryside. Visit the Temple
of Kom Ombo which stands on high grounds overlooking the Nile. It differs
from other temples by its double entrance, each of which is dedicated to
divinity: "Haroeris" with his falcon head and “Sobec"
with his crocodile head. Although Kom Ombo is a small village, its importance
lies in its huge sugar-cane. Continue sailing to Edfu Visit the temple of
Edfu, the temple of God Horus. Continue sailing to
Luxor
Day 05 Then
visiting East Bank visiting Karnak and Luxor Temple
Excursion to the Luxor Temple to see its courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses the Great Proceed by bus to Karnak, which is a
serious of temples, built in different reigns. Starting by the Avenue of Sphinxes
visit the Unfinished Propylon, the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 gigantic
columns, the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis III, the temple of Amon
adorned with lotus and papyrus designs, the Granite Scarbeus of Amenophis III
and the Sacred Lake
Day 06 The West Bank visiting Valley of Kings-Deir El Bahari Temple-Colossi of Memnon and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.Excursion to the
Necropolis of Thebes, on the Eastern bank. Crossing the Nile, drive to the
Valley of Kings; visit the tombs of various Dynasties, The Temple of Deir El
Bahari. On the return journey stop at the Colossi of Memnon which are two
gigantic sitting statues representing Amenopis III facing the Nile. Visit the
Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Overnight in Luxor
Day 07 After
breakfast transfer to Assuit on the
way visit 02 unique temples of Abydous & Dendara, Enjoy
the Nile coast to Abydos temple to
discover the ancient sites. First, visit Abydos, the ancient
Egyptian believed of God (Lord of the Underworld) to be buried there. The
temple was built by King Seti I, and completed by King Ramsess
II, known as temple of Seti I. It is located in Abydos city about 420 km
to the south of Cairo in Sohag Government, and 135 km from Luxor. The paintings
of the Gods and Pharaohs on the walls of the Osiris Temple at Abydos
are among the most beautifully preserved in Egypt. Then continue to Dendara.
Upon arrival at Dandara, visit Temple of Hathor, goddess of
love and joy, which is located on Dendara which is situated at the north of
Luxor. It was built by the Ptolemies and Romans in an effort to show
their dedication to the main Egyptian gods, continue drive to Assuit,
overnight Assuit
Day 08 After
breakfast drive towards Menia, From the East side
cross again the Nile to the West Bank and by car proceeds to Touna El
Gebel where you should arrive at around noontime. A lunch picnic basket will be
served at a rest house. The Temple of Petosiris, the Roman wheel, Baboons
and the Ibis Cemeteries, Drive to Abu-Korkas Cross the
river Nile at Abu-Korkas by motor-lunch. Donkey ride to the rock Tombs
of Beni-Hassan, where interesting paintings of the old and middle Kingdom are
visited. Tell Amarna. And take tractor to the Rock Tombs of Tell El
Amarna, once Queen Nefertari and King Akhenaton's Capital. Visit the
three main Tombs facing the valley. (Including donkey ride or jeeps, the visit
to these Rock Tombs overnight in el menia
Day 09 Transfer to El Fayoum Oasis one of the oldest oasis in Egypt
with it is unique smell visiting Qarun Lake where you can see different
kinds of birds such as ducks, geese and pigeon house. Qarun Lake is
considered the oldest natural lakes in the world, the third largest lake in
Egypt and the rest of Lake Old Maurice. It is considered an interior lake which
is not related to any sea and an area of around 53 thousand acres in Fayoum
Down. Beside there is Ain el Sellin (Natural resource water) also the famous 07
wheals & then drive to Wadi Al Rian where you can enjoy the cataract by
ridding a felucca around it overnight
Day 10 After breakfast transfer to Cairo on the
way visit Dahshour pyramids & Maydoum, overnight in Cairo
Day 11 Transfer
to the airport for final departure
